
Yoga Nidra, meaning Yogic sleep, is a form of meditative awareness that brings us deep into our own subconscious. This powerful practice gently takes us through the body/mind/spirit complex to discover the light of our being.
Throughout our lives we build up layers of emotional ‘stuff’ that clouds our ability to see our selves clearly. These practices, with the help of the physical practice of Yoga, allows us to slowly and gently dissolve these layers, bringing more peace and clarity.
The theme for this month is inspired by spring and the energy of blooming and blossoming, holding within our being the essence of raw inner potential. We will embark on an inward journey to connect with this potential to burst forth in our splendor.
Arrive wearing comfortable clothes as we will be doing some light yogic practices before the meditation.
